運動完後,膝關節該沖冷水?還是要沖熱水? - 健身

每周我固定在健身房運動四次,先踩滑步機一小時,再上combat一小時,再接著上瑜珈50分,對於膝關節的負荷不小,,我看職棒投手下場時都會冰敷,所以沖澡時都會先用冷水沖膝蓋10分鐘,但最近我的左膝在上下樓梯時都會感覺疼痛,不知是不是因為沖冷水的原因?還是該先泡熱水?謝謝
