現在每天都會固定去運動個10-15分鐘左右大概就是快走+小跑步,請問這樣會瘦嗎?大概要多就瘦多少呢?因為大概就是6點-6點半去跑晚一點肚子就餓了...請問可以吃些什麼止餓呢?或喝什麼?盡量就是可以吃哪些避免瘦不下去......Showmore
