運動後~脂肪與肌肉的變化~20點 - 運動

因為覺得身上的肉太軟,也想減一些脂肪,所以最近開始在做運動,大約4天的時間,只有1天跳舞約30分鐘,其他3天就偶爾做個提臀運動才4天的時間,我摸我身上的肉,尤其是臀部,就稍微比較結實點瘦是沒有~我想知道結實的部份是那裡???是脂肪還是肌肉因為這4天少少的運動,應該不可能減到很多脂��
