各位知識+大人好!現在市面上營養食品那麼多到底要如何買才真正適合自己?我是業餘的運動員!比賽項目以馬拉松、自行車、鐵人三項為主!平時訓練的量也蠻大的,我目前是只有在吃葡萄糖胺(聽說對膝蓋很好)~是否還需要多補充些什麼???比賽前是否有什麼可以在加強補充的營養?我自己是會再
