運動時喝冰水或溫水 - 運動

曾經看過一篇文章,在運動時應該喝4度C左右的冰水,因為4度C左右的冰水是最適合腸胃吸收~而從實際現象觀察似乎也是這樣,在國外的職業運動聯盟NBA、NFL,球員在從場上下場時,皆是喝冰水~----因此想要問,有沒有實際的資料說明運動時喝冰水是正確的?而運動後,喝溫水是正確的?
