我每天早上六點半起床,(整理好就出發到公司上班)八點半~九點前吃早餐(這時候才有空可以吃)中餐1.2點晚餐都等八點下班回到家在吃最近想跑步運動減肥我該下班先去運動一小時,在回家吃晚餐(家裡有煮,一定要吃)還是吃飽休息到九點,再去運動一小時呢?吃飽到底可不可以運動?先運動在吃東西會不會更吸
