我最近有去游泳(蛙式比較多)還有在跑步機上大概時速7KM吧慢跑!!40分鐘有時候累了就調到6KM變成快走一直重複我幾乎都晚上運動!我也沒吃很多午餐正常晚餐吃一點早餐都睡很晚我想問我這樣可以瘦到我要瘦的地方嗎?要一ㄍ月?二ㄍ月??拜託囉不要那些人家回答過的...親身經驗比較OK!...Showmore
