請問大家,很多人都說運動後不要馬上吃東西,但是我不太了解要多久後才能進食!?吃飽飯後隔多久運動較好!?運動最少要持續多久呢??一個星期最基本要多少時間?或是有其他可以搭配的減肥好方法,我正努力減肥中,請大大們幫幫忙,感謝
