要怎麼運動減肥才會不練出肌肉又能瘦身呢?運動減肥的目的是在於消耗熱量吧,但是會不會造成肌肉的鍛鍊呢?因為我女友很想減去大腿多餘的肥肉,可是又怕運動後會變成肌肉更不好減。
