最近想要運動減肥。最好的運動項目是什麼呢?我在考慮去Gym(健身房)還有去公園里跑步。有人說跑步不會瘦﹐有人說會﹐到底是會還是不會呢?如果跑步﹐一次要跑多久才會燃燒到脂肪﹖一個星期跑幾次才算不會過渡運動?還有﹐運動最好是早上嗎?傍晚六點多適合嗎?我希望有一些正在運動的人幫幫我哦。
