不知道大家做運動時呼吸的頻率和正確的方式是如何呢?仰臥起坐:上來的時候是吐氣還是吸氣?躺下後呢?(用嘴巴還是鼻子阿--+)伏地挺身:\"同上\"普通慢跑:我都用鼻子先\"吸吸\"在\"吐吐\"(對嗎?)聽人家說長期的錯誤方式會給予身體上的傷害請幫幫我謝謝^^~Ps.想要健身的高中生--..
