因為小弟我將近1個月沒作啥激烈運動但是昨天心血來潮,做了伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐但是隔天起床之後,手臂跟腹部肌肉好痠一用力就很痠。所以我想請問一下,像我這樣很痠的情形下還可以繼續做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐嗎??我怕我沒適應,會照成運動傷害,麻煩有此經驗的大大可以解答一下嗎??
