我是個國三生每天上課都到9點半才回家沒捨麼時間運動從1個月前每天開始伏地挺身60下(20下一組共3組仰臥起坐100交互蹲跳30下(左一次右一次算一下但是都沒效果都到一定次數就開始酸痛每天攝取的營養也都夠啊那要怎麼做呢...Showmore
