是這樣的~最近想運動來減肥想了幾種運動都會做到只是順序不知道如何安排想請問專業人士解惑一下~運動有1.慢跑2.伏地挺身3.跳繩(加重跳繩)4.仰臥起坐5.健腹輪以上!!!
