先自我介紹一下我身高166CM體重45KG曾經最重有到55KG但因為只胖肚子跟臉所以下定決心減肥到45KG但又發現太瘦不好看又發現有肌肉事件不錯的事情於是開始在家裡做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身(有點成效)不過體重依然沒變後來決定上健身房但越練越瘦到只剩39KG(誇張...)在健身房的時間也有2年也請過PT但就是胖不
