我現在國一身高158體重已經65了我想要長到165體重50公斤月經已經來3年了誰可以告訴我減肥加長高的方法?我平日都要補習有時間但沒有場地可以運動還有因為我很中性胸部又已經D了所以請告訴我可以讓胸部變小的方法?我想要變成B!!
