想瘦身可以馬上運動嗎??如果可以那我有哪些運動可以每天花30分鐘做??我最享受的地方是大腿小腿和"屁股"因為我的屁股很大所以很多牛仔褲都不能穿如果不行那我必須做甚麼才可以瘦??不過我希望瘦的健康然後以運動的方式瘦!!然後三餐要吃甚麼種類的食物??
