假如中午吃的超級飽(甚至撐)到了晚上還沒消化完這時候去做一小時的有氧單車運動到底食物的熱量吸收會比沒運動還好還是吸收比較少呢?這裡先別管飯後運動胃下垂之類的問題單論會比較容易胖還是反而吸收比較差因為有人說運動後食物吸收會超好那這樣假如還在飽腹狀態下運動不就等於是運動後吃�
