高血壓飲食跟運動注意事項 - 運動

一個月前酗酒加腄眠不足導致頭皮半邊發痳(20秒左右)~五個小時後就診血壓還有190~當天吃藥血壓有降下來正常值~~到目前血壓都正常(因為飲食清淡睡眠正常~滴酒不沾)網路查詢資料~寫的都不一樣像有的寫紫菜跟芹菜能降血壓有的寫紫菜跟芹菜不能吃都搞到亂掉了~~~有人能提供意見嗎還有自己泡的熱綠茶�
