我目前是國二生,體重66公斤.身高155cm很多人都說:要吃才長高.以後再減,但我沒辦法忍受。月經在國小6年級就來了,所以一直長不高。希望網友可以貼健康.均衡菜單。早餐我來不及準備.午餐吃學校.只有晚餐能控制。但我會嘴饞。(有試過晚餐吃青菜。但撐不下去,只撐了一週,但明顯的感到肚子鬆鬆�
