我現在高一我已經定好目標高中畢業去志願役然後去特戰(突擊隊或蛙人)我知道那些都很操,所以我想現在就開始鍛鍊體能可是我不知道要怎麼做我平常一到五差不多6點到家我是星期一.三健身(伏地挺身和仰臥起坐那些的)二跟四是在戶外跑步(差不多5公里會一直慢慢加)我都盡量逼自己一開始中速度跑到最
