我是女生158/4820歲現在有在看中醫喝中藥但也有在上健身房減肥目標是44前天運動完是47結果今天中午吃完青木瓜燉排骨胖了一公斤健身平常三餐該怎麼吃才會瘦又不瘦胸部??青木瓜排骨裡的排骨真的超油膩的如果只喝湯跟木瓜不吃排骨還有效果嗎?我吃一個多月了有大一點後來生病有短時間沒吃又縮水了�
