大家好!我現在大一男性身高182CM體重74KG身上都是贅肉尤其是肚子跟下半身我該如何消除贅肉?我想以最自然的方是消除贅肉我早餐、中餐以吃飽為原則(有青菜)晚餐則是不吃飯只吃菜、喝湯如果要在一、二個月內消除大部分的贅肉會不會給身體帶來負擔?謝謝!!...Showmore
