我目前身高171體重92(飄忽不定)身材不算是很肥很胖但是也不算是健壯有點肉肉的壯壯的肥在肚子&大腿&手臂家中只有啞鈴5磅/20磅的還有一台腳踏車啞鈴幾乎只有舉20磅的左右手各10下約1天1次腳踏車約30~40km約2~3天1次想要體重控制在7X~80然後變精壯一點請問我該怎麼調整?或者有什麼建議我該做的其��
