請問大概要幾歲以後再開始做重訓是比較適合的?如果沒辦法去健身房有哪些較簡單的方式(也就是在家就可以做到的)可以增強肌力?那些不常用到的肌肉(大腿內側、蝴蝶袖......等)要怎練?
