我自從21歲後就開始重訓原因很多.想變壯.投球速度快我有在打棒球.但球速最快100而已好爛一開始在學校念一個月現在放暑假於是在家附近的運動中心練期一個多月都是一星期4次現在要實習.打工只能一星期兩次每次做完都會喝高蛋白吃三晚飯但兩個月過去了只有線條.手臂見狀.有練出三塊肌肉胸肌.只有
