我有在健身忙的習慣,若我在練某一部位後,隔天都會有疼痛的感覺...我要隔幾天在練這個部位呢?另外,我也有在使用乳清淡白,吃多少算剛好呢?有時感覺吃多一點會拉肚子.........還有乳清淡白剛在重訓的什麼時候使用效果最好呢?謝謝回答
