自從下定決心要改善體魄我每天都有在做重訓重訓時間約2h(目前約2個月了)可是肌肉就是感覺沒變大我重訓後30分鐘內吃茶葉蛋(6pcs)+豆漿(500cc1杯)這樣的方法有效嗎???忘了說我還有喝一杯乳清蛋白(600cc)...Showmore
