我172cm72kg我是高一生,做重訓做了兩個月了我很害怕重訓會長不高所以都坐在椅子上做(這樣容易受傷嗎?)拿12P的啞鈴我二頭肌.三頭肌.胸肌.腹肌訓練都有做(都一次做完)一次大約都是151210864一組休息12秒仰臥起做一天大約100下但形狀就是不是很明顯自己本身也有喝高蛋白飲品但早.午.晚餐不知要怎麼吃才比
