我目前是高2生!我身高約179.體重才65公斤請問我到底要怎樣練和"吃些什麼東西"和"什麼時候吃"才會"變壯"和"變重"我目前都是自己在家練!我的啞鈴是45榜!一次舉15下做4組另外我本來是自己在家做伏地挺升..後來暑假又空才到健身房做較重的訓練,但練二頭肌時就用家裡的啞鈴其餘是
