我現在17歲一個禮拜大概去健身房一次麻煩各位大大幫我安排重訓課程~因為一個禮拜只去一次,所以希望訓練一次到位,主要著重在胸部、背部跟手臂如果腹部有的話也可以窩去完健身房休息兩天之後會做核心肌群本人身高175,體重63請別叫我爬文....因為我覺得課程這種東西好像量身訂做會好一點
