想請問一下我想讓身體變結實一點因為我以前都沒有在鍛鍊身體的習慣也很少運動想請問大家也甚麼方法可以讓身體變結實一點不想到健身房去運動另外想請問一下扶力挺生或舉啞鈴一天幾次比較好
