重量訓練後...隔天精神變差 - 健身

請教各位達人:做完重量訓練後...有可能隔天精神反而變差嗎?我都是在晚上九點左右去健身房的可是我重訓也沒做很重(也還沒那個實力吧)臥推頂多到兩邊各25kg,大概做個50下.也會練練大腿和手臂然後跑步頂多10分鐘回家後睡覺前可能會喝個乳清晚上大約1點上床睡覺可是有時隔天精神還是不好變得很愛睡~
