重量訓練應該一星期做幾次???我現在都沒在做重訓耶!因為沒什麼時間我都拿來做滾輪一天一百五到兩百下!跑步是跑一天休一天因為沒空當然能每天跑我會每天跑五千到七千跳繩約十五分鐘兩千多下!我這樣可以不做重訓ㄇ??還是還要做??
