請教各位健身達人:我最近剛加入健身房對於一些重訓動作還抓不到要領例如說在做胸部推舉時常感覺是手臂出了大部份的力量但同行的朋友說應該是要以胸部去出力才能練到胸部想請問一下怎樣才能做到是以胸部去出力呢?練大腿或小腿的話好像簡單一點不會有用錯部位去出力的問題另外就是怎樣做才��
