我練大概一年了感覺效果不大我現在182體重72公斤練完體重有變重5公斤左右但感覺體形增長的情況是脂肪镸多於肌肉有一點點小腹但上腹肌看的出來下腹肌完全被脂肪蓋住全身的肌肉線條沒很明顯我是在學校健身房練,學校開放時間12~1跟17~16我一三五練上半身中午推上胸平胸拉力器夾胸各3~4組擴背肌+中��
