通常週六我都會去打籃球和做重訓,週六打籃球只是跟同學玩玩而已,不在意勝負,但很在意重訓的品質。如果我坐完重訓(主要練胸肌、二頭三頭、大腿)在去打籃球(約四十分鐘),會不會影響到重訓的效果?因為打完球的時候體力已有耗損,去做重訓比較沒力,所以想先作完重訓再去打球(打不好也沒關�
