最近有看到搖擺鈴這樣比較輕的運動器材號稱可以"修飾線條",有傳統啞鈴7倍功效可是如果是要增強肌肉的力量,和修飾肌肉線條是不一樣的嗎?比較輕的啞鈴會不會到時候根本練不太到手的力度?是不是還是得從最原始的重量訓練來練習比較紮實?(而且搖擺鈴的價錢比較貴,如果買了不適合如何處�
