我想要練小腿的耐力和肩膀後面的肌力不知道有哪種訓練可以達到我知道一定有跑步但我沒那麼多長時間只有片段時間可以練還有重量訓練完不都要拉筋嗎不然肌肉就沒有柔軟度可不可以順便告訴我最好是任何部位都有尤其是手和肩膀的部份謝謝...Showmore
