我之前聽我的體育老師說每天跑跑步機再加上坡度,跑一段時間後耐力和大腿肌都會成長,請問這真的嗎?而大腿肌練結實後能跑的比較快嗎?我持續按造這種每天1600m(主要是想練耐力以便在體適能時能有好成績)加上坡度(想把大腿肌練結實已增加速度)的方式練了很久,可是大腿常常會酸酸的,有沒有辦法可以�
