我從國三開始接觸健身,至今斷斷續續大概練了4年了吧.近期常常會感覺下腰痠,大概在尾椎上部那個位置,穿過肚臍的正後方(先前沒受過傷).訓練結束後會比較明顯,尤其晚上休息時,下腰會悶悶的酸,不會痛就是感覺很緊崩.隔一天的話是還好,有一點點酸可能是我下腰比較弱八,我比較少做硬舉和羅馬椅之類��
