今天32了,長期沒有男友也因此沒有性行為。平常就是偶爾自己來。這幾年發現皮膚真的愈來愈暗沉,記憶力也不好,甚至經常性的疲倦,長長容易感到筋骨痠痛。但我平常飲食均衡,蔬果肉類都會吃,也沒菸酒任何不良嗜好,BMI質有點過輕,但也還在標準範圍內,一周也會固定運動一次。我知道運動��
