小弟目前上班從事電腦相關工作幾乎整天都要在辦公室坐上一整天之前因為健身打籃球不知道原因現在只要坐著腰就不太舒服[沒有到痛的地步只覺得肌肉很緊繃手壓會有痛點]感覺腰部肌肉非常緊繃好像一直有在出力很硬的那種狀態看過中醫針纠[有效果但時好時壞]西醫拉腰、電療、熱敷、物理震動等治
