是這樣的~仰臥起坐的話~1.那我應該是要...50下做3組比較好~還是30下做5組比較好?2.應該是要做50下~休息差不多5分鐘~再做50下~再休息5分鐘~再做50下~還是應該做50下~休息1分鐘~做40下(因為還沒休息夠)~再休息1分鐘~再做35下(很累)比較好呢?...Showmore
