我身高183體重約66~68我一直認為我不夠強壯...但是又不知道該怎麼練....我想訓練的目標是把手臂練粗練有力一點還有想把肩膀練寬一點(雖然骨架不寬..但應該可以把肌肉練厚一點吧==)再來就是...胸肌跟腹肌我不要求練的健美先生一樣....目標就是看起來比較粗狀一點而已........再來關於食物該怎麼攝取來�
