本身閒暇之餘會打打籃球想利用學校免費的健身器材練一些部位175公分/72公斤大概是上半身想練厚實一點胸肌和背肌是不是要平均練到才不會受傷那麼一開始該怎麼練起呢還有下半身想練大腿和膝蓋周圍的肌肉跟彈跳力請各位有健身經驗的提供一些意見給我吧
