小弟20出頭~170公分~65~67公斤~~請問肌肉有型身材有型到達哪裡才算是有型?定義在哪裡呢?我是不是該先減重呀~~想要先有型在來練大~有時間就每天健身~2~3小時~重量以自己來說不會很超乎極限~屬於輕鬆的重量在健身房裡的器材幾乎全都有做到每次3組~1組10~15下~在重新一遍(加重量)3組~1組11~16下~每天都下午�
