關於健身期間的飲食 - 健身

我目前正在健身(不全然是重量訓練),我以減重結實身體為主,因為腰越來越大...對於吃我不知道該怎吃,對於運動我也不知道該做些什麼,麻煩給些意見吧!若有副產品可以使用,也請給予意見.我在三個月之內至少要15KG!最多要20KG!
