請問各位我在坊間的健身書籍裡看到,重量訓練要達到效果,比較好的方法是,你所選擇的啞鈴,最好是讓你的肌肉只能負荷一組做8~10次的動作的重量。我的疑問是,如果拿較輕的啞鈴,但是增加每組做的次數,是不是可以達到同樣的效果?如果不行,那兩者的差別究竟在哪裡?希望對這方面有研究的
