想請問有經驗的健康諮詢師或者正在增重的大大們..我目前約180公分58公斤常久以來體重幾乎都沒什麼變化,可能是因為我的代謝比較快..我是吃飽就想大便那種之前試過吃乳清蛋白不過成效沒什麼顯著..可能是我吃得不對而且我本身也有在打球.健身想請問,如果我想增重到70公斤要怎麼控制飲食比較恰��
